Event lifecycle — draft, published and pending approval
An event has three states — draft, published, pending approval — managed from the event's Publish tab. You create it as a draft, publish it for review, and once approved it's public.
The states
- Draft — being built. Not visible to the public. The Publish tab is ready for publishing once the event has a photo and details.
- Pending approval — you've asked to publish; the TimbaTicket team does a short review before it goes live.
- Published — live on its public page.
Publishing
The publish step is the Publish tab in the event's tabs. A draft is ready to publish when it has details and a cover photo. The tab shows the current status and what's needed.
After the event
Attendance data flows to the Attendees tab and analytics; reports keep working even after a trial ends (see The 30-day trial).
