Short definitions of the terms used across TimbaTicket documentation, in the words the product itself uses.

Most commonly searched terms

Absorbed feeFee policy where the buyer pays exactly the ticket price; the platform fee comes out of the organiser's proceeds
DraftAn event still being built; not public
Fee policyWhether the platform fee is absorbed or passed through to the buyer
ManagerRole that runs events day-to-day, sees financial and sales reports; cannot refund
OrderThe record of a purchase. One order can contain many tickets
Pending approvalEvent state after the organiser asks to publish, before going public
PlanStart (£0), Grow (£29) or Pro (£99) subscription tier
PublishedAn event that is live on its public page
SeatA standing team member (Owner/Manager/Team). Door staff do not count
Ticket typeA priced category on an event (e.g. General Admission, Early Bird)
Trial30-day free evaluation period, no card required
