Event lifecycle — draft, published and pending approval
Events start as drafts, become published after a short review step, and stay live through the event; publish and re-review are managed from the event's Publish tab.

TimbaTicket plans are Start (free, £0.60 per ticket), Grow (£29/month + £0.45) and Pro (£99/month + £0.35); Start allows 2 events per month, Grow 3 seats, Pro 10 seats.
Ticket revenue goes to the organiser's own Square account and each organisation's finances stay separate; the platform only earns a per-ticket fee, with no revenue sharing between co-organisers.
TimbaTicket has Owner, Manager and Team roles inside an organisation plus per-event door staff; owners can do everything including refunds, managers run events day-to-day.
New organisations start with a free 30-day trial with no card required; it mirrors the Start plan experience, and report downloads keep working after it expires.
