Add ticket types
Ticket types define what people can buy. Each ticket type is a "package" (e.g. "Standard", "VIP", "Student") that can have one or more price tiers.
Creating a ticket type
- Go to the Sales tab of your event (or the Tickets step of the wizard)
- Click + Add Ticket Type
- Fill in:
- Package Name (required) — e.g. "Standard Entry", "VIP Table", "Student Discount"
- Classes Included (required) — the number of classes or entries this ticket grants (use 1 for a standard single-entry ticket)
- Display Order (optional) — a number to control the order tickets appear on the public page (lower numbers appear first)
- Click Save Ticket Type
Adding price tiers
Each ticket type can have multiple price tiers. A price tier defines a specific price, sales channel, and availability window.
- Click + Add Price Tier on the ticket type row
- Fill in:
- Timing —
Advance(for pre-event sales) orDoor(for at-the-door sales) - Price (£) (required) — the price in British pounds. Set to 0 for free tickets
- Sales Channel —
Online(sold on your event page),Door(sold at the door), orBoth - Available From (optional) — when this tier goes on sale
- Available Until (optional) — when this tier closes (e.g. for early-bird pricing that ends before the event)
- Timing —
- Click Save Price Tier
Example: early-bird and standard pricing
A common setup:

Editing and deleting
- Edit — click the edit icon on any ticket type or price tier row
- Delete — click the delete icon and confirm. You cannot delete a ticket type that already has orders
Discount codes
You can add discount codes that apply to any ticket type. These are managed in the same Sales tab, below the ticket types section.
Copying tickets from a previous event
If you have run similar events before, the CopyTicketsPicker appears when you have no ticket types yet. Select a previous event to copy its ticket types and prices, then adjust as needed.
