The public event page

Every published event on TimbaTicket gets its own public page where buyers can book. It shows your event details, your branding and colours, the available ticket types and a checkout flow — no account needed to buy.

What a buyer sees

  • Event details — name, description, venue and date.
  • Your branding — your logo and colours applied to the page.
  • Ticket types — each type with its price.
  • A checkout button that opens the booking form.

The checkout form

The buyer fills in:

  • Name, email and phone — contact details for the booking and confirmation.
  • Quantity — how many tickets (capped at the event's remaining capacity).
  • Discount code — an optional code box, checked live via the discount-codes lookup.

Then they pay. How the platform fee shows on the bill depends on the event's fee policy:

  • Absorbed — the buyer pays exactly the ticket price; the fee comes out of your proceeds.
  • Passed through — a per-ticket fee is added to the buyer's price.

The confirmation

After paying, the buyer lands on the Booking Confirmed page and receives the confirmation by email with their QR ticket.

Share the event link anywhere — the page is the storefront. Use the Share tab in the dashboard for ready-made share links and images.
