The event tabs

Once you have created an event, the event workspace is organised into five tabs. Each tab groups related tools together.

Overview

The default tab. Contains all the editable fields for your event:

  • Event name, summary, description
  • Date and time
  • Venue and address
  • Cover image, video, and photo gallery
  • Capacity, minimum age, guest list limit
  • No-refund policy setting

On desktop, a live preview of the public event page appears alongside the form so you can see changes in real time.

Sales

Everything related to selling tickets:

  • Ticket Types & Pricing — create and manage ticket packages and their price tiers
  • Discount Codes — create promo codes with percentage or fixed-amount discounts
  • Orders — view and manage all orders for this event (search, refund, resend tickets)
  • Share Centre — get sharing links and track which channels bring the most sales

This tab shows an amber indicator when no ticket types have been added yet, and a green pulse when the event is ready to publish.

Operations

Everything related to managing attendees and door operations:

  • Attendees — see who is coming, check-in status per person, guest list management
  • Door Staff Access — create temporary login links for door staff (only visible to Manager+)
  • Activity Timeline — a log of all changes made to this event (who changed what, and when)

Team

Visible only when collaboration is active (your event has multiple owner organisations, pending invites, or event-level team members). Contains:

  • Collaboration — manage which organisations and people have access to this event
  • Joint Approval — when multiple owners exist, publish requests require approval from each owner

If you are the only owner and have not invited anyone, this tab does not appear.

Reports

Analytics and financial data for the event:

  • Event Stats — charts showing sales over time, ticket breakdown, revenue
  • Settlement — post-event financial summary (gross revenue, Square fees, refunds, net revenue) with a distribution table for multi-owner events
  • Publish Status — a card showing whether the event is published, draft, pending approval, or ended, with the relevant action buttons
  • Advanced Settings — event status dropdown (Draft / Published / Pending Approval / Sales Closed), no-refund policy, fee policy override, sales window settings
