The 30-day trial

New organisations start on a free 30-day trial, no card required. During the trial you get the full platform (beta testers keep full configuration). When the trial ends, read-only views and report downloads keep working, while day-to-day write actions are blocked.

During the trial​

  • Free for 30 days from sign-up (trial_ends_at on the organisation).
  • No card required — there's no card-on-file gate (that billing gate was retired).
  • Full configuration: beta testers are not limited by the plan gates during the beta.

When the trial ends​

  • The trial only blocks access after trial_ends_at passes.
  • Still available: Reports downloads and a couple of read-only endpoints — so you never lose your data view.
  • Blocked: the day-to-day organiser write actions until the organisation moves to a paid plan.

Moving to a paid plan​

Plans are Start (£0/month), Grow (£29/month) and Pro (£99/month) — see Plans & pricing. Note the plan upgrade buttons are hidden during closed beta; plan changes are handled with the TimbaTicket team.
