Create your organisationCreate your first event in TimbaTicket in about ten minutes: sign up, create the event, set ticket types, publish it, then start selling.

Create your first eventThe event wizard walks you through five steps: event details, venue and dates, media, tickets, and review. Your progress is saved automatically at each step.

Add ticket typesCreate ticket types with prices per event; how the platform fee (absorbed or passed through) affects the price a buyer pays, and the per-ticket fee by plan.

Publish your eventPublishing makes your event visible to the public. Single-owner events publish immediately. Multi-owner events require approval from each owner organisation.

Share the eventEvery published event gets its own public page with your branding, ticket types and a checkout — buyers choose a ticket type, quantity and discount code, then pay.

Receive your first bookingAfter paying, buyers land on the Booking Confirmed page and get an email with their QR ticket — one ticket per attendee, shown from the QR at the door.

Check in your first guestCheck in your first guest: open the event's Check-in screen, scan the QR on the ticket email or find the attendee, and admit them — with the Owner/Manager override for scan failures.

Run your first reportTrack sales and event analytics in the dashboard, and download sales, financial, attendee and customer reports; report downloads keep working even when a trial has expired.
