Guest listsBuild guest lists per event for invited guests who aren't in the ticket system; door staff use the guest list alongside scanning at the door.

CRM & customersSee and manage your customers in the CRM section — every buyer across your events, with orders and attendance, feeding your customer relationships and reports.

Roles & permissionsTimbaTicket has Owner, Manager and Team roles inside an organisation plus per-event door staff; owners can do everything including refunds, managers run events day-to-day.
