Platform vs organiser finances

Ticket money belongs to the organiser, not the platform. The platform only earns the per-ticket fee; each organisation's finances stay separate, and there is no revenue sharing between co-organisers.

Separating finances per organisation

Each organisation's revenue is tracked against its own events (event.organization_id). In a multi-organiser collaboration, each organisation's finances remain separate.

The combined overview

For people who manage several organisations, the dashboard shows a read-only combined view across the organisations you belong to (revenue, tickets sold, organisation count). It's a convenience sum — it does not split or transfer money.

What is not implemented

Automatic revenue splitting between co-organisers is not implemented — that is an explicitly parked feature. If you co-run an event, decide between yourselves how to share money; the platform won't compute it.

Fee policy

Whether the per-ticket fee is visible on the buyer's bill depends on the fee policy — absorbed (buyer pays exactly the ticket price) or passed through. See Ticketing & pricing.
