The organiser dashboard tour
When you log in to TimbaTicket, the dashboard is the first thing you see. It is your command centre: a snapshot of everything happening across your events, with shortcuts to the actions you perform most often.
Your next event
The hero section at the top shows your next upcoming event. It displays:
- Event name and date/time
- Tickets Sold, Revenue, and Capacity % as live metrics (these update in real time as orders come in)
- A Live counter showing how many attendees are currently checked in
- An Open Event button to go straight to that event's workspace
If you have no upcoming events, you will see a Create your first event prompt instead.
Events summary
Below the hero, three cards show the count of your events in each status:
- Draft — events you are still working on
- Published — live events where people can buy tickets
- Ended — events that have passed
Tap any card to go to your full events list.
Getting started checklist
If you are new to TimbaTicket, a checklist appears on the dashboard with the steps to launch your first event. Each item links to the relevant section of the app. The checklist disappears once all steps are complete.
