Supported browsers and devices
TimbaTicket supports the current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on both desktop and mobile. For the smoothest experience, use a recent, updated browser.
The check-in screen
The door check-in screen (where you scan or search for attendees) is designed for phones and tablets and runs in a regular mobile browser — you do not need to install anything. For the most reliable experience at the door, use Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android.
If something looks off
If a page doesn't render or a button does nothing:
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Try a different supported browser.
- If it still misbehaves, see Troubleshooting.
