Contacting the organiser

Every event on TimbaTicket is run by an independent organiser. If you have a question about the event, your tickets, or anything else, the organiser is your first point of contact.

How to reach the organiser

1. Reply to your confirmation email (best option)

If the organiser set a support email when they created the event, your confirmation email includes a "Questions?" link in the footer. Reply to that email — your message goes directly to the organiser.

The organiser's name and email are also shown in the email header as the sender.

2. Check the event page

The event page shows the organiser's name and logo at the top. Some organisers include additional contact details (website, social media) in the event description.

3. Check your payment receipt

Your Square payment receipt includes the organiser's name and may include contact details.

What TimbaTicket support can help with

TimbaTicket's support team (support@timbaticket.com) can help with:

  • Billing issues — charges you don't recognise, payment errors
  • Platform problems — the checkout didn't work, you were charged but got no ticket
  • Escalation — the organiser hasn't responded to a reasonable request within 48 hours

TimbaTicket support cannot make refund decisions for an organiser's event — only the organiser can do that.

What to include in your message

To get a quick response, include:

  • Your full name as used at checkout
  • The event name and date
  • Your reference number (from your ticket image)
  • A clear description of what you need

If the organiser doesn't respond

If you've contacted the organiser and haven't heard back within 48 hours:

  1. Try again, making sure you used the correct email address
  2. If the organiser set a support email and they're unresponsive, contact TimbaTicket support at support@timbaticket.com — include your original message and the organiser's details
  3. If no support email was set and the organiser's only contact is through the event page, TimbaTicket support may still be able to help escalate
