The referral partner portal
Referral partners log in at timbaticket.com/referrals using the email and password they created at sign-up. This article covers what you see once you are inside the portal.
Your profile
The first time you log in, you are asked to complete a short profile — your display name, optional phone number and bio. This is shown to the organisations you work with and helps them recognise you. After you save your profile, the portal loads your partnerships automatically.
Your partnerships
The portal is split into two sections:
- Organisations you work with — active partnerships where the organisation has linked you to one or more events. Each card shows the organisation name, your label (if the organisation gave you one), and every event where your discount code is active.
- No longer active — partnerships where the organisation has removed you. These are shown in a muted style so you can still see the history but know the link is no longer live.
Events and codes
Under each active organisation, you see every event that has your code attached. Each event card shows:
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Event name and date | Which event this code is for |
| Your code | The short code (e.g. DJCARLOS10) attached to this event's discount codes |
| Sales | How many times your code was used to complete a purchase |
| Revenue | The total ticket revenue generated through your code (in GBP) |
Copying your referral link
Each active event card has a Copy your link button. This copies the full referral URL to your clipboard — it includes the event page path and your promo code as a query parameter (e.g. timbaticket.com/event/my-event?promo=DJCARLOS10). Share this link on social media, WhatsApp, or anywhere else your audience sees it.
When someone clicks the link and completes a purchase, the sale is attributed to your code automatically.
What you do not see
The referral partner portal is intentionally limited to your own data:
- You cannot see other partners' sales or codes.
- You cannot see the organiser's dashboard, event settings or financial reports.
- You cannot edit events, ticket prices or discount code settings — only the organiser can do that.
If you need a new code created or an event added to your partnership, contact the organisation directly — they manage all of that from their own dashboard.
