Referral partners

Manage the people and organisations who refer customers to you. Referral partners are tracked per organisation, and platform staff see the platform-wide view in the Console.

What you can do

• Add and manage referral partners for your organisation.
• Update individual partner records.
• Platform staff (Console) see referral-partner activity platform-wide.

Where it lives

• Dashboard: referral partners are managed per organisation (the Referral partners area).
• Console (staff only): a Referral Partners module gives the platform team the full picture.
