Sales report
The sales report gives you a row-by-row list of every order. It is useful when you need to look up individual purchases or cross-reference with Square.
What each row shows
Each row is one order (not one ticket — an order for 3 tickets still appears as a single row).
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order ID | The unique order reference |
| Event | The event name |
| Date | When the order was placed |
| Customer | The buyer's name |
| Ticket Type | The ticket package purchased |
| Amount | The total paid for the order |
| Payment Status | pending, paid, failed or complimentary |
How to download
- Go to Analytics & reports in your dashboard.
- Select the event (or all events).
- Choose Sales report and pick your format: CSV, XLSX or PDF.
- The file downloads immediately — no trial restriction applies to report downloads.
What the report does not show
- Refunds are not listed here (use the financial report for that).
- Check-in data is not included (use the attendees report).
- Revenue figures are the order amount, not the net payout after Square fees.
