Attendees report
The attendees report tells you who bought tickets and whether they checked in. It is one row per ticket (not per order), so an order for 3 tickets produces 3 rows — all sharing the same buyer's name and email.
What each row shows
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Name | The buyer's name (the person who placed the order) |
| The buyer's email address | |
| Event | The event name |
| Ticket Type | The ticket package purchased |
| Check-in Status | "Checked in" or "Not checked in" |
| Check-in Time | The exact time the ticket was scanned (if checked in) |
Why the buyer's name appears on every row
TimbaTicket does not collect a separate name for each ticket in an order. The buyer's name and email apply to all tickets in that order. If you need to know which specific guest attended, the check-in data (who scanned which QR code) is the closest signal.
Team access
Unlike the sales and financial reports, the attendees report is accessible to Team members as well as Owners and Managers. This is the one report Team can download.
How to download
Same as the sales report: Analytics & reports → select event → Attendees report → choose CSV, XLSX or PDF.
