Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Who decides on refunds

Your ticket is bought from the event organiser, and your payment goes directly to the organiser's Square account. Because of that, refunds are decided by the organiser. TimbaTicket provides the software tools an organiser uses to issue refunds, but it does not hold ticket money and cannot override an organiser's decision.

2. No-refund events

Some events are sold as no-refund. When that applies, it is shown at the point of purchase, before you pay. If you buy a ticket for a no-refund event, you are accepting the organiser's policy that the sale is final.

3. How to request a refund

Contact the organiser directly — the event page and your confirmation email tell you who the organiser is. If you cannot reach the organiser, email support@timbaticket.com and we will put you in touch.

4. Event cancelled or postponed

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the organiser is responsible for communicating this to ticket holders and for arranging refunds where they have committed to them. When an organiser issues a refund through the platform, the money returns to your original payment method.

5. If you cannot resolve it

If you believe a refund is owed under a legal right (for example, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations) and the organiser is not responding, contact support@timbaticket.com and we will investigate with the organiser.
