What's New

August 2026

Dark mode

TimbaTicket now automatically adapts to your operating system's light or dark setting. No toggle needed — the product follows your device preference. Both the organiser dashboard and the public event pages are fully themed in dark mode.

Editorial design refresh

Event pages, landing pages and the dashboard hero have a cleaner, more considered look. Headlines now use a serif typeface over hero images; spacing and colour contrast have been tightened throughout.

Help Centre — new content

The Help Centre (timbaticket.com/help) now includes three new sections:

  • Organiser core —16 articles covering the full organiser journey from dashboard tour to connecting Square payments.
  • For attendees —5 articles for ticket buyers: buying tickets, getting QR codes, refunds, contacting the organiser, and a general FAQ.
  • Learning paths —5 guided sequences (Organiser 101, Team 101, Door Staff 101, Attendee 101, Referral 101) that walk you through the product step by step.

Event page layout

The public event page has been redesigned. On desktop, the event details are on the left and a sticky sidebar with ticket selection, pricing and the organiser's profile sits on the right. The event form now shows a live preview of the public page as you edit it.

Report downloads

PDF and XLSX reports downloaded from the analytics section now carry the organiser's own logo, name and colour branding — not the generic TimbaTicket mark.

Console mobile navigation

Console users (admins) now have a proper bottom navigation bar on mobile, with search and an activity indicator, matching the organiser dashboard experience.

Flow visualisation

Dashboard statistics cards now use connected nodes to show the ticket sales and check-in pipeline, making it easier to see at a glance where your event stands.

Timba Assistant fix

The Timba Assistant (in-dashboard help) was returning a 401 error for some users. This has been fixed and the assistant is working as expected again.
